Description:

Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, LLC. (HMIS) requests proposals for L-898, 100 Area Mission Critical Distribution Feeders Replacement. The requested work is in support of Hanford Mission Essential Services Contract (HMESC) Prime Contract 89303320DEM000031 with the U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Office.

Information regarding the submission of a proposal is contained in the attached Solicitation.

Badges will be required to attend the Mandatory Job Walk event. 

The Prospective Offeror will notify the Contract Specialist, Jennifer Bunn, via e-mail at Jennifer_L_Bunn@rl.gov by Thursday, 5/18/2023 at 2:00PM with the following information so badges can be requested:

• number of attendees
• full name of attendees (First, Middle and Last Name)
• Attendees Date of Birth (month and day). 

Only U.S. Citizens can obtain a temporary badge. 

A valid driver license or valid passport will be required for each attendee to pick up their temporary badge.  Attendees will be notified prior to the conference where they can pick up their badges.
